The discipline "Production of Industrial Electronics Products" is aimed at studying innovative and energy-saving technologies of radio-electronic production, ensuring high quality of products and is focused on developing students' knowledge of modern technological processes for the production of industrial electronics products.

The main goal of teaching the discipline is to provide students with scientific approaches and practical knowledge of methods for designing technological processes, flexible manufacturing systems, and optimizing the parameters of complex technological systems in the context of integrated production of industrial electronics products.

Objectives of studying the discipline

- acquisition of knowledge in the field of development and implementation of automated technological processes and software-controlled technological equipment, flexible automation tools taking into account the world practice of production of electronic equipment;

- acquisition of skills in the field of design of technological processes and technological documentation in accordance with current standards, rules and regulations;

- mastering the methods of research and optimization of the parameters of complex technological systems, assessment of the accuracy and tuning of technological processes of integrated production of electronic equipment in accordance with international standards;

- study of the physical and technological foundations of technological processes of assembly and installation, control, adjustment in the production of industrial electronics products.

To achieve the set goal and solve the specified problems as a result of studying the discipline "Production of Industrial Electronics Products", students must:

- physical and chemical foundations of technological processes of assembly and installation, control, adjustment in the production of industrial electronics products;

- applied software packages for computer design, modeling and optimization of technological processes and production systems;

- methods of designing and optimizing technological processes for the production of industrial electronics products;

- principles of organizing, building and managing flexible technological systems and integrated computer production of industrial electronics products;

be able to:

- design technological processes and automated production systems using application programs;

- model and optimize technological processes of automated production of industrial electronics products using industrial robots and microprocessor systems;

- ensure technological reliability and quality of manufactured products at the level of international standards;

be proficient in:

- methods of designing, modeling and optimizing technological

processes and systems for the production of industrial electronics products;

- methods of modeling and optimizing the parameters of technological processes;

- methods for assessing the accuracy and stability of technological processes for the production of industrial electronics products
